Program:

Friday Evening
Park your car in our secure parking lot next to the course and check in from 3:00 PM in one of our Deluxe double rooms.

Savor a delightful 3-course dinner at De Soete’rie starting at 7:00 PM

Followed by "Vive le cyclo" a panel discussion led by Karl Vannieuwkerke with well-known guest speakers Serge Pauwels, Kim de Baat, and Angelo De Clercq about the cycling year 2024, a reflection on the Cyclocross World Championships, and a preview of the new cycling season.

Saturday Morning
Start your day with a deluxe breakfast served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Make sure to visit our cycling jersey exhibition in the Arena Cyclo Café.

At 9:00 AM, the Cyclocross course right next to the hotel opens, with the first race starting at 9:30 AM!

During the Race
Our Arena Cyclo Café, located just 150m from the course, is open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, where most races will be broadcast on our screens.

Saturday Evening
The Arena Cyclo Café remains open until 11:00 PM.

Sunday Morning
Enjoy a delightful breakfast and a late check-out until 1:00 PM.
